Responsible for all UK&I Distribution, Sales, channel marketing, business
development and launch execution of the Amazfit portfolio.
• Creating and developing clear Sales & channel marketing strategies for each UK&I
region.
• Create the distribution and retail sales strategies to achieve both short term and long-
term targets.
• Deliver new business opportunities and customers to develop our global business
and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with key strategic accounts to achieve mutual sales growth via product
selection.
• Provide commercial insights on product portfolio development including
recommending NPI with strategic accounts to maximize turnover.
• Build and maintain commercial relationships with key industry distribution players and
key retail accounts.
• Lead and execute the NPI strategy while utilizing the brand guidelines for successful
launches.
• Negotiate trade terms to maximize business revenue and suggesting improvements
for the brand and clients while nurturing relationships.
• Effectively communicate the Zepp/Amazfit story, representing the core values of the
brand both internally and externally and carry out presentations to all relevant
accounts to ensure retailer teams are aligned with the brand image and ethos.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of commercial assets (Selling campaign andtraining assets) to support the customer journey.
• Plan the exit stock strategy, to manage stock inventory building on successes and
mitigating any low performance.
• Manage day-to-day distribution units and key account maintenance, including
negotiation, sell through optimisation, payment remittance, communication regarding
shipments and deliveries, contact details and performance reports.
• Continually iterate on current sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively create and update customer-facing resources and order-related
communication — such as payment terms, commercials and promotion support.
