My job responsibilities include the following • Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, ensuring successful market entry and regulatory compliance. • Manage marketing professionals team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. • Manage department personnel which includes scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training • Maintain cooperative relationships with key business partners and distributors • Building and maintaining access to key business decision-makers and generating C-level contacts by networking across the marketplace • Meeting with potential clients to grow and maintain various channel relationships. • Digital Marketing: Implementing digital marketing campaigns that involve developing content, digital display ads, landing pages, social media outreach, and ongoing website. • Implementing SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media (e.g., FB, Instagram, YouTube,LinkedIn etc.) • Developing strategy for the enhancement of Amoul® brand awareness through digital communication, customer engagement, and fostering business growth through effective marketing campaigns • Analyzing and reporting relevant weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc metrics • Marketing Materials: • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, news releases, articles, presentations, product documentation, etc. Ensuring adherence to copyright and Amoul® brand standards • Coordinating with the media team for product video and photo shooting • Assisting in creating effective and concise communication for internal and external audiences • Marketing Communication with Product Managers, Product Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing Team, and other functional areas of the company • Join tradeshows, conferences, and present company. • Product training: Engage product managers to conduct product training for global clients and internal employees. • KOL Engagement: Organize webinars with medical industry KOLs on the key subjects relevant to our medical devices • Work with distributors and organize marketing events like conferences, and symposiums and invite KOLs like senior doctors professors etc. to highlight and demonstrate our devices in the event. • Business Analysis: Analyze market trends, and prepare forecasts. • Analyzing teamwork and developing each member’s KPI • Trade Shows & Conferences: Plan and execute international trade shows, conferences, and product launches, resulting in [X%] increase in leads.
