▪ Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in
accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
▪ Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the
strategy up to date.
▪ Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
▪ Support departments in developing their teams by actively recruiting for open positions
