Responsible for the 'house of brands', for all channels exceeding $150M Rev at the end of 2022. As a ‘retail’ start-up in late 2019, I was responsible for establishing the team and all required channels and routes to market which contributed in excess of $25M at the end of 2022. Gained share in all categories – the highest being Eufy Clean, achieving over 60% share in GFK for Q3 & Q4’22 (Robotic Vacuum). Created trading relationships across the brands with all leading UK retailers and telco channels, while building the sales team, creating the distribution / merchandising network to support, and the related in-store execution required.
Located and managed the opening of first UK office and became home office sponsor to assist the relocation of numerous team members from HQ.
Due to the continued growth and success of the region I was awarded PCT Leader position in March ’22 and responsibility for all sales channels and GTM (Product) managers.
