● Responsible of sewing, quilting, gluing. assembly and sofas production (people in charge 400).
● Define the goals per area according with monthly production plan.
● Meet and exceed KPI, partner to achieve sales and delivery targets.
● Create routines and roles per each level of production structure.
● Distribution of production plans and preparation of alternatives in case of any missing material.
● Improvements to reduce time during the change of model with clear inventories.
● Development of new models, tests and implementations for full production.
● Preparation and attendance to external audits from IKEA (monthly) to show them quality controls, updated work
instructions, waste control, OEE, main affectations to get the weekly goal.
● Responsible to keep processes according IKANO system.
● Strategies to reduce headcount, scrap, at the meantime increase capacity and volume.
● Define objectives to superintendents to comply with the business plan and key indicators.
● Support to advanced trouble-shooting and improvement of existing warehouse management, inventory
control, and material flow systems.

Responsible for Operations Saltillo Division (people in charge 550)
● Scheduling and distribution of Raw Material (foam, wood, frames, feather, fiber, covers to other divisions in
Mexico and Canada)
● Optimize the usage of wood, foam, leather and fabric, and other raw materials to get the best yield like main
indicator in service areas.
● Planning and management of the budget, CAPEX & overtime of Saltillo Division.
● Negotiation with Union regarding annual increasing, vacations, collective contract, add or modify clauses.
● Partner to define annual goals (production, headcount) together Operations Director.
● Management & approval of P.O. related to consumption or wastes for new facilities or improves.
● Development of projects to improve the capacity (lay outs, trainings, acquisition of new equipment).
