Responsible for developing and establishing standard operational, policies, procedures and guidelines for overall supply chain management and procurement. 2. Manage sourcing, procurement, shipment and inventory activities. 3. Conduct evaluation, assessment and analysis for suppliers as and when needed. 4. Product purchase negotiation with suppliers & service provider. 5. Work with the respective departments to support the new business opportunities. 6. Propose and implement improvement plans and corrective actions to improve efficiencies or performance within the department. 7. Prepare & present department’s report to management. 8. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations. 9. Responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other related pertaining to inventory. 10. Perform all assigned warehouse task accurately which include timely processing of goods loading, un-loading, receiving, issuing, labelling, sorting, picking & repacking. 11. Monitor performances, develop plans to improve the delivery and supply performance as well as all plan logistic processes and implement measures for improvement. 12. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency. 13. Responsible for License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) monthly/yearly report submission, Smart GPB and others LMW relevant jobs. 14. Responsible for daily material arrangement and transportation from the external warehouse to the internal warehouse to support daily production. 15. Follow up with incoming materials shipment and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers, and liaise with the customers to ensure timely delivery as per plan. 16. To arrange and ensure disposal of material under duty exemption executed according to the regulation and requirement by Customs. 17. To ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse. 18. The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse (5S). 19. To ensure all materials handling equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks are in safe working condition and comply with safety guidelines. 20. To ensure a clean, tidy, safe and healthy workplace. All works carried out must comply with Company’s Safety, Health and Environment Objectives, and Policies. 21. Participate in preparation for all audits such as GMP, ISO and etc. 22. To work towards the achievement of department KPIs and overall company quality objectives.

Monthly Salary: MYR3000.00 basic Travel Allowance: MYR600.00 Responsibilities: 1. Processes company subsidiaries payroll every pay period including upload payroll to bank account. 2. Maintain payroll processing system and records. 3. Liaise with all company subsidiaries directors and person in charge regarding salary, staff attendance, deductions, leave management and other issues related to human resource management. 4. Preparing letters such as employees offer letter, termination letter, letter of acceptance resignation. 5. Maintaining and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee. 6. Prepare monthly report of company property management such as rental receiving. 7. Liaise with local authorities KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN such as opening employer account and any issues related. 8. Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases of companies. 9. Handle domestic and international travel arrangement. 10. To conduct research, compile data and prepare presentation. 11. Coordinate department and site company events and activities. 12. Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments. 13. Assist in coordinating daily operations when required and any other tasks assigned by superior. Monthly Salary: MYR2142.00 basic Allowance: MYR430.00 QMS Executive Responsibilities: 1. Support Quality Management System Manager for the maintenance and improvement of the Business Process Management 2. Overall in charge for company QMS. 3. Assist QMS Manager in system improvement activities 4. Monitor the existing system & process to meet the management KPI goals and objectives 5. Continuously lead and review the compliance of the internal functions with the established QA plan, guidelines, and processes. 6. Handle all QMS documents and update to Master list 7. Fully in charge and coordinate in internal audits and external audits 8. Assist QMS Manager in liaising with external auditors related to audit matters. 9. Prepare audit and inspection plans and coordinate schedules with departments 10. Assist QMS Manager in the closure of the action plan of the audit findings. 11. Manage day-to-day document control-related activities. 12. Assist in MR related activities and other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time. Acting IT Executive Responsibilities: 1. Controlling company server room system and company domain system. 2. Troubleshooting laptop’s issue (Software and hardware). 3. Stock control of company laptop. 4. Responsible in laptop setting and laptop issuing to new employee. 5. Ensure IT documentations are properly kept. 6. Provide support to staff on IT in software and hardware. 7. Oversee IT incident reporting process and ensure IT incidents are properly documented. Acting Safety Officer Responsibilities: 1. In-charges and monitor compliance of Occupational Safety and Health matters and to ensure a safe and healthy working environment 2. Liaise with all relevant authorities such as DOSH, DOE, Bomba and etc. 3. Ensure adequate personal protective equipment used by personnel at site. 4. Report of any new or updated information to the Management and the Safety and Health Committee. 5. Ensure proper maintenance of factory equipment’s, forklifts, facilities, fire extinguisher and others. 6. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior. Acting HR Assistant Responsibilities: 1. Support human resources processes by conducting orientation, maintain records and information. 2. Welcomes new employees to the organization by conduction orientation. 3. Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. 4. Assist Human Resource Manager in application of VISA and working permit for Expatriate. Acting Supply Chain Executive Responsibilities: 1. Assist Supply Chain Manager in application of License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) and liaising with government officer related to audit matters. 2. Working closely with Procurement assisting with supplier performance evaluation. 3. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations. 4. To ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse. 5. The maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse (5S). Achievement: 1. Preparing documents and participate in application of AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 certificate in year 2018. 2. As a team member and participate in Company Soft Launching (Boss Aerosystem Sdn Bhd) event on cost saving in a short time including door gifts preparation, food arrangement, company video clip, VIP invitation cards, event schedules, directors and teammates tie selection and purchased.
