Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet the organization's revenue and growth targets.
● Define strategies, activities, deliverables, required resources, and timing to meet sales goals.
● Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of internal sales professionals. Provide leadership and guidance to
the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
● Build and manage a team of global external brokers and contractors to work towards the brand’s growth targets. Conduct
monthly performance and revenue reviews with each external broker and contractor.
● Identify appropriate global distributors for Hidrate products. Develop profitable relationships with them and renegotiate
contract terms as needed.
● Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets to ensure the organization is meeting its financial goals.
Work with the internal business development team on their sales plans to ensure we are meeting our targets. Conduct
monthly training sessions with the business development team.
● Search for appropriate retailers, medical offices, hospital systems, and corporate partners for Hidrate’s products. Develop
and execute a plan to sell to targeted prospects. Train the business development team and brokers on the go-to market
strategy and prospects. Negotiate contracts and agreements with each corporate partner.
● Collaborate on new Hidrate innovation for hospital systems. Work with the systems on beta tests to improve processes and
functionality.
● Nurture all global relationships; ensure we are meeting compliance standards in each country where we sell Hidrate
products. Help secure compliance certifications where needed.
● Established partnerships with the Denver Broncos, Apple, American Diabetes Association, Noom, Strava, and the World
Heart Federation to help expand our audience and reach.
