• Compliance with occupational hygiene and safety measures for the protection of
personnel.
• Control and compliance with the daily and weekly production plan according to
established delivery dates, as well as the correct functioning of the production and
quality processes.
• Preparation of reports on performance indicators, analysis and monitoring of sewing
lines with low performance to improve their efficiency.
• Monitoring of internal processes and procedures for compliance with plant’s KPI’s.
• Organization of the work calendar, permits, vacations, overtime and definition of
objectives for the sewing lines.
• Development and monitoring of new sewing lines to meet production goals through
hour-by-hour reports, bottleneck analysis and workload balancing.
• Process audits to ensure the quality of the product, chair, loveseat and sofas among
others.
• Implementation of new styles in sewing lines in conjunction with the training,
engineering and quality departments.
