Responsibilities:
Led Furniture Plant Site Fabrication Operations responsible directly on Quality, IT and EH&S depts, with main control of Manufacturing, NPI, Balance Score Card – KPI´s metrics, Asset Protection, Inventory Control and Customer Satisfaction. Indirect control on Supply Chain (Logistics, MRO and Deliveries) with P&L ownership and key control of EC changes, BOM’s structure thru ERP-AX SAP system.
Achievements:
· Increase by 8% MOD and improve 10% pieces/hour metric against corporate targets, through the implementation of U-CELL upholstery assembly lines by achieving manufacturing quick change over to increase operator productivity and take advantage of increased volumes produced with a reduced amount of HC required.

Responsibilities:
Overall accountable for Plant Site corrugated paper manufacturing ops during one shift assigned, in charge of Delivery on Time, Quality, Safety, Production volumes, Inventory Records and Customer Satisfaction operations. Includes leading multi-department Teams on BCOR Corrugator Unit, HARRIS Litho Graphic Printer, Flexo Folding Gluers, Litho laminators, 4-5 Color Rotary Die Cutters, Folding-Gluing among some other equipment.
Achievements:
· Kept at Zero LTA registered accidents for two consecutive years, due to implementation of Non-Stop Dupont Initiative (with the support of local continuous improvement program called “ACTUAIDEAS” on machinery safety implementations thru good manufacturing practices)
· Reduced by 20% the amount of cardboard waste discarded, through a most effective paper recycling program called “CLUB CERO” (with 100% reutilization with the support of US Paper Mill)
· Increased by 25% paper recovery, through redesign of improved die cutting tools and increase of extended dimensions on paper´s width at BCOR tool.

Responsibilities:
Led control of manufacturing floor, including business plan, production operations, yield management, quality and Customer Service process. Advice Businesses on formation of development, improvement of production and other Business Units involved in the delivery of a final product to the market.
Achievements:
· Increased exports +150% in less than 2 years, by redesigning the machine shop layout and process flow, and implementing production bonuses for manufacturing operators.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of Production, Engineering and Quality departments to make the day-to-day operations more productive by providing effective guidance and methods on LCD repair Business Unit (main customers: IBM, HP and Phillips). Responsible for P&L, KPI and Customer Service levels with Annual Revenue of 450K USD.
Achievements:
· Reduced by 13% the rework in LCD repair in a clean room environment, in a successful 3-month project, by using the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

Responsible for providing professional advice to manufacturing companies working on continuous improvement and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to help them to achieve its own manufacturing, quality, cost reduction and VSM process improvement goals.
