Technical support and market development for flat steel in the automotive, white goods,
distribution, metal packaging, construction, and general industry markets. Operating in
the Rio Grande do Sul region, with key clients including GM and auto parts chain,
Marcopolo, John Deere, Randon, Gerdau Group, Panatlântica Group, Kepler Weber, and
Stara.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of customer complaints from entry to completion of the action plan for all
production plants;
- Extensive knowledge of defect analysis of all kinds;
- Knowledge of national and international steel standards;
- Approval of new clients (analysis of documents and technical standards, internal audit,tryout, project consolidation until regular supply);
- Flow of technical queries handling;
- Monitoring customer quality indicators;
- Offering raw materials to customers;
- Application of materials;
- Support for sales in technical sales and acquisition of new clients;
- Continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Brazilian market specialist;
- Internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 systems.
