andGor Sales Director to turn them into proposal ASAP.
- Close maximum number of proposals as per quarterly and annual target as assigned by Sales
Director within the allowable discount level.
- Contact 3CCC (3nformation, Client, Contractor, Consultan) to introduce productsG service &
collect information about project and try to convince them to put company specs in the
conceptual drawings of Tender documents, if any.
- Contact Customer to discussG understand customer’s requirements of their project.
- Prepare Sales contract and get it signed by Directors and customer.
- 'et approval drawing approved by Customer.
- Fpdate the 3CCC list bi-monthly and make sure the info is correct and complete.
- Prepare ”Lost quote report` (LUR) for all quotations lost along with process of updateing 3CCC
list.
- Consistently make visits and telephon…e calls to consultantsGcontractor.
- Always be active, call and visit good connections both old friends and university colleagues
especially those in construction industry.

- To be responsible for the assigned Projects.
- To receive NP– (new project form) from Sales Department.
- To review the NP– to understand the scope of work, material speci/cation, delivery terms etcS
of the project
- To receive the copy of contract from Sales Department. Review contract, understand scope of
works, Material speci/cation, Delivery Schedule, payment terms and conditions etc.
- To receive P3– and proposal drawings from Sales support department, verify P3– and Proposal
drawings, ensure the scope of works and material speci/cations mentioned in P3– are according
to contract (in case of any discrepancy discuss and clear with Sales engineer)
- To 3ssue “ob No to the signed contract enter the “ob and release the job to Engineering
department for approval drawings. –ollow up with Engineering department and receive approval
drawing
- To forward the return approval drawing to engineer Department in order to process for
fabrication drawing, complete BOM (bill of material) and Erection drawing
- To issue of Erection darwings to PM (project manager) department
- To release the “ob for production.- To notify PM department before the delivery of material, in order to make necessary
arrangement to reveive the material at the job site
- Support Sales Department to deal with the Client query & site matter
