Responsibilities
- Oversees wind turbine main gearboxes and generators OEM customers and wind turbine
manufacturers, Hydro Power and Biomass customers located in East China;
- Selling SKF 5 platforms including bearings and units, seals, mechatronics, services and lubrication
systems;
- Leading negotiations for local contracts and/or local programs and prepare commercial offers;
- Responsible for customer relationship management at all levels;
- Leading and leveraging all resources inside SKF to support customer's business growth and
continuously creates sales opportunities to SKF;
- To understand the customer's stage in the product or business life cycle and join technical
discussions with AE and expert about customer needs or complaints to identify sales opportunity.
Summary of achievement
- 2012, 0 sales;
- 2013, 5 million RMB annual sales, 2 new customers, 1 NCO (New Customized Offer) project;
- 2014, Won 2014Q2 Quarterly Star, 14 million RMB annual sales, 1 new customer, 3 successful
stories, 2 NCO Projects;
- 2015, 50 million RMB annual sales;
- 2016, 90 million RMB business on hand. (Including new accounts assigned)
