Serve as the primary technical contact for account managers, customers, pricing team,
project managers and network operations. Responsible for identifying technical solutions
and defining technical requirements for service implementation, understanding existing
customer solutions, key locations and technical needs. Work collaboratively with sales,
marketing, datacenter staff, product managers, network engineers to develop technical
solutions that meet strategic objectives. Responsible for identifying and qualifying business
opportunities, identifying key technical objections from customers and developing a strategy
to resolve technical obstacles. Present requests for quotes/information, bids, proposals in a
complete and well-illustrated manner to appropriate sales representatives and/or
customers. Work closely with datacenter and connectivity product owners to understand
product roadmaps, technical standards for the products, product policies, and SLA
expectations. Drive improvements to existing processes and tools to increase efficiency and
process output quality. Lead kickoff meetings both internally and with clients for closed
deals. Lead the pricing process for all assigned leads and opportunities. Present,
demonstrate and communicate the technical capabilities of the Company's portfolio.
Respond to initial product requests and frame product issues for discussion and resolution
with the Product and Engineering teams.
