discuss improvement, demand, expectation. -To negotiate for improvement of commercial terms: obtain more allocation, new credit, usance, prior
price, etc. -Follow up Orders: keep track of production status, quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times.

*Sales Activities: - Managing and taking care of key account customers: Fabricators (QH Plus, USF), Pipe Makers (568 Steel,
BST Steel, Daiwa Lance, etc.), Ship Buildings (Nam Phat Shipbuilding), Processing Coil Centers (Ky Nam,
SMC, The Anh, Tien Len, Toan Thang, etc.). - Daily contact and visit customers to collect new inquiries of HRC, HRP, Wire rods, Debar, Coated Steel…
analyze size, quantity, specification and identify suitable sources, suppliers. - Cooperatively visiting customers, partners (Subcontractors, Logistics, Banks, etc.), suppliers to
strengthen relationships, collect latest information, generate improvement. - Meeting with cross departments of customers’ company (Procurement team, Project team, Production
team, Finance team, etc.) to discuss all information related projects, orders; and suggest strategy for
future projects, orders. - Resolving customers’ complaints. - Meeting customers for Financial Consulting (Payment term, Credits limitation, etc.). - Attending Customers & Suppliers Events, Conference, Business Developing Fair, joining construction
groups, gathering. To introduce company profile, find business chance, emphasize relationships with
customers, suppliers. - Surveying the competitor price, information, and market situation. - Understanding the market trend to provide accurate sales strategy.

Myanmar, etc.
*Sales Activities: - Business Development by daily cold calling, set up a meeting with customers, potential buyer. - Managing and taking care of key account customers. - Collecting latest information of customer’s status: Business, Finance, Market share. - Following up Customer's collection. Customer's Credit Control. - Reviewing customer latest Financial Statement of Quarterly, Annual; customer status business; visiting
