Follow up on contract status, PODs, develop of logistics strategies to maximize resources.
• CUSTOMS, review and approval of pedimentos, keep accuracy at annex 24 with inbounds and outbounds against data stage from SAT.
• SUPPLY CHAIN, guarantee supply of raw material with timing follow up on imports and deliveries according to production plan.
• IMMEX, teamwork with finance department to keep company up to date with IMMEX, SAT and CIVA.

- Annex 24 brief management
- Mexican customs rules acknowledge
- Accurate IMMEX assets management
- Experience on virtual operations
- Customer service representative for foreign companies
- Import-export specialist on all transport modes (air, sea and inland)
- Support on warehouse operations (inventories, supply chain management,VMIs operations, consumptions queries based on EDI)
- ISO 9001 development and certified on 2021 & 2022
- Pricing and invoicing on OPUS system
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- IATA certified on 2019 and 2021
- Team leader for 3 years with great motivational and organizational skills

- Entry order management
- Pickup plan in coordination with customer forecast
- Export orders management, coordination and follow up
- Shipping documents control
- Complete comunication with customer, shipper and consignee
- Trailer tracking from origin point to destination
