Position: OEM/ADM Manager – Home Office based in Queretaro, Qro.
Activities: As an OEM Manger, I ́m focus 100% on automotive industry, dealing with FORD Mainly and Tiers ,
like Flextronics, Magna, IACNA, Brose, Grammer, Advaltec,ABC Group, Quarder, Continental, just for
mentioning some of them, my mayor role is develop and identify new applications for FORD OEM,
considering our products portfolio (Engineering Plastics: POM, PBT, PET, LCP, LFT Composites forPP, PA66, PA6, POM, Metalx, Coolpoly,PC/ABS, TPE, PA6 and PA66, etc)
SALES Force, including projects, Sales, Pricing, for Forecast we used an monthly excel file.
Achievements:
• Metal replacement for seat bracket at FORD Platforms, F150 truck.
• Paint process replacement for MetalX materials.
• Material specification for PPLGF for Fusion/Lincoln platforms. Close to 8 Mlbs volume / $12MM
• Annual training sessions program at FORD Design Engineers. 100+.
• Track locally OEM ́s platforms in Mexico to FORD, interact globally with worldwide locations, US, Brazil,
China, Germany. Product managers, Global account managers, OEM ́s Managers, Applications development
Engineers.
• Lead opportunities identified and program management each of them, requesting resources for CAE, sample
material, tech support, new material development, colour development, production capacity and value the
potential revenue, for the next 3 to5 years and volume. Coordinate conference calls with CAE team, FORD
Design center and engineering, Products managers and applications engineers as well upon required the OEM
in US.
• Participate on developing new strategy for Mexico growth considering the specialties division: That are all
sectors different than automotive: Appliances, Electronics, Industrial, lighting, medical, kitchen and bath.
Responsible for the Bajio and northwest area, in the north west area, we are in the process to growth the region
sales. Monthly meeting with Sales team, intelligent team, marketing, product managers.
• Actually dealing with more than 80 active accounts plus some other 40 indirect and developing accounts.
