工作描述:
Job Description: 1、 制程规划和开发,包括PBOM、编制工艺流程图、工艺布局图、PFMEA、控制计划等工具运用及工艺参数设定;制定工装设备导入计划,确保供应商按照计划完成设备到厂;Assembly process planning and development, including preparation of PBOM, process flow chart, process layout, PFMEA, control plan and process parameter settings, etc. Make assembly develop plan, supervise suppliers and ensure assembly line arrive in plant as planned;
2、 对接欧洲研发反馈开发过程中出现的产品质量问题,主导分析产品原因并制定解决措施,跟踪问题关闭。
Docking with Europe R&D and feedback the quality problem which occurred in develop phase, lead analysis and countermeasure creating.
3、 指导供应商进行产线改善和主导产线验收,以达成项目要求的质量标准和时间节点。Coaching supplier for production line optimizing and leading line acceptance, make sure catch the product quality and project schedule target.

2、 组织样品试制和产线调试,分析生产过程中出现的产线问题,制定解决措施和行动计划,持续优化直至通过项目Full-Run。Arrange sample tryout and production line debugging, analyze the problems found in tryout phase, make action plan, and continue to optimize until through project Full-Run.
3、 支持项目组对开发阶段产品过程认可(如ISIR、PPAP)存在的产品质量问题进行原因分析,制定解决措施和行动计划,直至问题关闭。Support project team to analyze the root-cause of product quality problems in development phase (such as ISIR, PPAP), and make action plan, keep tracking until the problem is closed.
4、 SAP系统生产计划模块关键用户,负责产品主数据、工艺路线、工作中心等关键数据的创建和培训
SAP system production planning module key user, responsible for creation and training for product master data, process routing, work center, etc.
