- Built a $10M+ event brand with 5000+ attendees annually over the course of
three years before successfully exiting for an undisclosed amount;
- Led a 20 member team to organize & execute a three day conference within six
months every year;

Facilitated planning & execution of cryptomining facility location search, land
acquisition, energy negotiations with power providers, cost-benefit investment
analysis, etc. across the USA;
- Co-led investment deals for publicly traded cryptomining companies e.g. HIVE,
Stronghold, Hut8, etc. including investment plan development, transaction
documentation preparation, and negotiation,
- Oversaw the management & coordination of daily operations within the first six
months after facility completion;
