➤ Implementation of the quality management system at plant start-up, creation of quality standards, development of KPIs by process, measurement of supplier compliance, creation of a document management system, creation of a materials receipt system, preparation of statistical reports in based on findings in process, release of new products, coordination of the quality department, resolution of problems in production lines.
