· Responsible for the sales area of the company, I have 7 sales representatives attending the Construction Industry in the north of Mexico.

· Responsible for developing and enforcing the strategic business plan of the company.

· Responsible for assigning monthly sales quotas to each vendor.

· Develop new business opportunities with our current clients or looking to open new markets as SALTILLO, SAN LUIS POTOSI, AGUASCALIENTES, ZACATECAS and QUERETARO.

· Responsible for the production program, based on our current sales, predicted sales and based on the monthly goal we seek to meet.

· Responsible for authorizing and controlling in detail the client portfolio with each vendor (payments and maturities).

· Responsible for the marketing of our products and the AKB brand, in radio, TV and performing activations on the clients of our clients.

· Responsible for sales of Industrial area at Aceros Leal. (Wire Rod, Rebar and Bright Basic Wire)

· Responsible in developing the strategic plan of the Industrial business area, divided by 4 stages, which are added according to the progress (Nuevo Leon, northern Mexico, the U.S. and Mexico Center)

· Responsible to assist and develop the different segments of the industrial area.

· Development of long-term agreements and quarterly programs with industrial customers.

· Detailed control of client segment - depending on the market (payments and maturities).

· Project development, strategic alliances and special trade agreements.

• Product Manager, Selling Bright Basic Wire in the U.S. and all over the country, Mexico.

• Responsible of coordinating the logistics for the international shipments - U.S. customers.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to commercialize effectively the bright basic wire in different markets and primarily serving new industrial customers. (Prices per industry, debit memos and quality claims)

• Supervise tracking orders along the supply chain (production, logistics, and customs).

• Supply Control Program vs Industrial sales forecasting.

• Integrated control of the portfolio of my customers (payments, past due invoices, etc.)

• Ensure that our customer receive on time the right information of his status orders, shipments, prices, etc.

• Responsible for the administration and development of new projects and sales of all our steel products using Bank services in all the Country – Mexico (Industrial Projects with privet companies and Government, CMIC Conference). A new concept developed, selling our steel products in a profitable way.

• Responsible develop new customers / high volume business. (Line of Credit - capacities, consumption or projects)

• Recruitment and growth of current customers (Growing Together Project / high volume projects where we can participate together, our clients & VILLACERO)

• Responsible of develop projects located in different areas of Mexico (setting prices, discounts, analyzing consumption program in each specific project)

• Integrated control of the portfolio (payments, discounts and past due invoices, etc.)

• Focus on results in short term results with an analysis of monthly sales vs forecast - per project. (Specific indicators)

• Provide customer service (timely information to our clients in the development of the project)
