-De-Risking of Supply Chain for Commercial Projects through low risk Source and Dual Sourcing.
-Execute the strategic sourcing, supporting the actual business and future business goals.
-Execute the RM Purchasing by aligning with PPIC and Project Management.
-Initiating and Managing Sourcing Event through different Souring Tools.
-Delivering KPIs i.e OTIF, Saving, Supplier Development

-PO Creation of Chemicals, RMs and PMs, Follow up with Supplier till delivery.
-Request for Quotation, Negotiation and Comparison of Quote and Finalization of Supplier.
-Sourcing and Vendor Qualification for all (RM/PM) as per SOP.
-Purchase Delivery (PR/PO) status for weekly Technology Transfer and PPIC meeting.
-Arranging Compliance Documentation for QA and QC teams for Smooth Process.
-Arranging Vendor Qualifications, re-qualifications and Support on Audit.

-Responsible for End-to-End RM and PM Procurement Process.
