1. Coordination and Reporting between Telemarketing Team, Sales Team and HP Stakeholders
2. Lead Management Operation - in conjunction with Telemarketer & HP Sales Team; checking the process,
database collection, compiling the updated results. Checking and collecting database from the events and
campaigns which are managed by the Marketing Team. Uploading and updating all the leads in HP system 3.
Reporting to HP Singapore Head Office about the latest updates and performance (weekly basis)
4. Handling the phone calls and email inquiries from the customers, translating HP sales talk script
