Responsibilities and Milestones Lead an HR operation of up to 1.4k HC. Responsible of calculating/challenging HC requirements according to production plan and modifying working shifts according to production necessities. Proposed shift changes that reduced HC from 1.4k to 1.1k labor through optimization of production lines without reducing our production output. I ensure plant is properly staffed and help departments prioritize hiring needs through knowledge of our production processes and production flow. Responsible of training needs, introduced Teamleaders system to Direct Labor HC to reduce dependability on Indirect Labor supervision, and created an attainable career path for hourlies. Reduced payroll cost from monthly USD 1.9kk to USD 1.7kk reducing an entire shift and implementing a fixed overtime program. Replaced outdated payroll system to establish a paperless payroll system using a combination of ERP access with TRESS-Excel integration. Reduced legal cases by 70%, achieving two years in a row without new legal cases being opened. Since Q4 2022 I’ve been tasked with running the production operation of White Inspection and Glazing, along with my HR responsibilities.
