PHRi certified human resources professional with over 19 years of progressive experience in the overall human
resource management and development including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline,
grievance, mentoring, compensation and benefits benchmarking, training and development, talent
management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals, and any other administration related
matters. Experience working in Multinational Corporations (MNC), Public Listed Company, Small and
Medium-Sized enterprises (SMEs) and also in a foreign country like Cambodia and Vietnam border.
Experience working in new company set up, business expansion and multicultural teams and nations of people
such as Chinese, Taiwanese, British, Austrian, Korean, Hong Kongese, Filipino, Siamese, Indonesian,
Burmese, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Bangladeshi, Nepalese, Indian, Sri Lankan, and Macau in different
industries such as manufacturing, trading, retail, hospitality, entertainment, property, and healthcare.
Creative and innovative thinker with effective human resources management and goal setting abilities combined
with superior leadership, team building, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with
the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; communicate effectively at all levels; manage competing priorities;
and adapt readily to new challenges.
1. Staffing
Lead the implementation of internal and external recruitment according to the company’s systems and
processes. Selection of candidates must follow the specification set in job description to ensure only
qualified candidates are offered. Working with senior managers to uncover the talent implications e.g.
any significant gaps to meet long-term objectives and create a long-term workforce plan that prioritizes
people-related initiatives.
2. Compensation & Benefits
Ensure pay structure and benefits plans are competitive and are designed and managed to attract and
retain a top-quality workforce and that compensation and benefits policies, procedures and programs
are in alignment with company’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision. Handle for various
aspects of employee compensation such as employee payroll and ensures employees are paid
accurately and on time, with the correct deductions made. Manage a compensation program that
include other fringe benefits offered by the employer and manages all aspects of employee benefits,
including group personal accident and group hospitalization insurance, and wellness programs.
Planning both in-house and with expert third parties, a programmed which includes a blended approach
to learning such as coaching, classroom training, and e-learning, in line with company’s development
objectives. Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen
business results e.g. leadership/development programs. Developing, facilitating and supervising training
programs for employees. It creates training programs and conducts training for new hires and existing
employees and also works in conjunction with department managers and supervisors to determine the
training needs of employees. They are also responsible for contracts with training providers and
monitoring training budgets.
4. Employee Relations
Responsible for designing, developing and implementing an Employee Relations strategy that is aligned
with business needs in order to create a harmonious and conducive working environment in compliance
with the Employment Act and company policy and procedures. Facilitate as a mediator when required
to try and resolve employee grievances. Highlight and help resolve any issues/challenges/employee
relations within the office.
5. Administration
To plan, direct and/or coordinate administrative activities to ensure smooth running of business
operations at office premises. To support business operations by supervising staff, organizing and
implementing administrative systems. To deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey
to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee
engagement.

➢ Part of team member for the Covid-19 Task Force for Hospital and Company.
➢ Established New Hire Orientation, Departmental Orientation and Exit Interviews.
➢ Developed an internship program, including creating requisitions and salary guidelines.
➢ Centralized training and development budget to reduce costs while making the process more aligned to
core strategy and values.
➢ Contributed to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures (e.g. work fromhome, employee sexual harassment and etc) based on corporate guidelines for HR Processes and
Handbook.
➢ Spearheaded year end performance management processes for management, including contribution
ratings, salary reviews and Personnel Action Reviews, including performance improvements.
