Key responsibilities:
From 5/2010 to 9/2012: Senior Preventive Maintenance Group Supervisor
Involved to ramp-up the Intel Vietnam factory with the role Preventive Maintenance Group
Supervisor to plan and scheduling maintenance and repairing to achieved minimum unscheduled
downtime and good condition for Intel equipment.

troubleshooting task list
Applies advanced analysis and troubleshooting on automation system problems. Drive continuous
improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals as well as emerging capability needs.
Control and performed the safety requirements and 5S activities. Propose and lead team for 5S
management for PM trolleys, PM central area, PM layout, PM executions. Accordingly, all items in
PM area are marking and follow 5S standard.
Design and contact with Intel’ Customer to raise the shopping cart for buy the spare part, Jig, factory
services.
Serves as technical expert for a designated set of automation systems, including representing
integrated needs in cross-functional and cross-site teams
BKM (Best Know Methods) documentation, Operation and PM Spec and optimization, PCS model,
data analysis, root-cause investigation and fixed.
To frequently writes AAR to update everybody about Post- Preventive Maintenance.
Contract negotiation with Vendor and review it before route to higher level approval.
Work with Vendor to make sure the maintenance and repairing as planed and Intel Safety regulation.
Work with Vendor to install and setting up for expanding the production line.
Applied the Lean Manufacturing for maintenance & repairing activities
Managed 15 engineers and maintenance technician.
Daily report the maintenance and repairing activities to Engineering Manager and other department
related.
From 8/2009 to 5/2010: Process & Equipment Engineer
Be a part of Early Involved Team (EIT ware1) of Intel Vietnam have got an oversea training (US,Holland, China, Malaysia- 10 months) period about equipments and technology in semiconductor
assembly industry.
Involved to start-up Intel Vietnam Assembly & Test Manufacturing (ATM) factory with the role of a
Process & Equipment Engineer, coordinated with other teams to successfully install and qualify the
production lines in Intel ATM factory.
• Worked as a shift team leader role of a group of engineers to collaborate with manufacturing
supervisor team to keep process and equipment on target parameters and reduce variation.
• Engaged and conferred with senior engineers in US, Costa Rica, China, and Malaysia in order to
transfer new technologies and products to Intel Vietnam site.
• Collaborated closely with procurement teams and suppliers on purchase and delivery of
components and assemblies.
• Responsible for improving productivity, product quality, and tools performance.
• Created and managed the spare parts system for the own equipments in the Ball Attach Module.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring chip attach process and equipments. Ensure
process and equipments working in good condition without marginal condition.
• Responsible for training manufacturing technicians, developing the equipment specialist team in
terms of controlling the process, equipments troubleshooting, and performing preventive
maintenance.
• Adept in PCS tools to control and prevent quality issues at the module.
• Applied Lean manufacturing tools in the production lines: create 5S standards, optimize setup time,
and design the Standard Work Instructions to standardize the process and eliminate wastes, work on
projects to improve line productivity and preventive maintenance quality.
• Lead and implemented Lean process improvement projects based on Toyota Manufacturing
Process, Theory of Constraints, and Factory Physics to simplify the process and reduce wastes.
Develops new and modified process formulations. To define the process, handle equipment
requirements and specifications.

Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation
of semiconductors.
Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or
material specifications.
To conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in
the processing or development of new or improved processes in photo masking, diffusion,
deposition, wafer fabrication and device physics.
To works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of
variable factors.
To exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Ensure that all factory documents are processed and captured on the relevant systems in accordance
