Support and prepare strategic yearly maker layout proposals (mill suppliers) with North American Purchasing
P/L Analysis to determine operational stability and supply chain issues and/or improvements
In charge of establishing departmental goals in order to ensure alignment with company strategy
Management and procurement of 185,000+ annual metric tons over 1,200+ parts with 8 month lead times
Ensure proper demand forecasting and ordering for 10 steel mills ( Japanase and American)
Responsible for maintaining and exceeding customer satisfaction above 98% on time delivery
Responsible for establishing yearly toll processor maker layout through strategic sourcing
Supplier management and performance evaluation on consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement
Yearly supplier pricing negotiations – supplier management
Established dedicated Quality Assurance to monitor vendor -supplier performance to ensure Cost & Quality
Oversee 12 coil centers (suppliers) with 40+ delivery locations with 99% on time delivery
Lead 38 associates among 4 departments including various nationalities: American, Mexican and Japanese

Instrumental in managing 2 Build out situation saving $130M USD of possible excess material (Honda Fit 2020 & HRV 2022).
New Model Supply chain design and development in accordance with USMCA regulations - First Full Model Change for Mexico - Saving +$20M USD (During Model Life)
