– RMAs & Credit Notes approval, pricing supervision and Gross Margin assurance, yearly contract renewals, and AR.

• Increased +20% in volume (Qty) and +40% in value (usd) in less than 2.5 years

Supplier and product development side by side w/ our HQ, forecasting & budgeting, Spot ~ Year contract supply negotiation, Spec development with all international & OEMs Norms, Production, Intl. logistics follow up, custom clearance and Government paperwork coordination, local transportation and other suppliers related management.

Business Unit (Automotive)
P&L management. Strategies, Planning & Execution responsibility, reporting to local MD & Global HQ. Team Leader for own & all related areas to the BU. Supply Chain management & control, BU KPI’s management. Member of the Top Management subsidiary team. ISO 9001:2015 Certification & IATF 16949:2016 both as process owner.
