-Conduct orientation & training for new employees & manage attendance, leave
& OT systems for assisting the payroll process.
Update employee personal files & controlled documents such as induction,
confirmation, probation, termination letter & performance appraisal form.
Assist in managing disciplinary issues, grievance & also involved in handling D.I
sessions according to needs & review cctv for workplace monitoring.
Update company policies & procedures according to current needs by referring
to management instructions.
Manage & submit employees Socso claim & monitoring the budget & utilisation
of petrol cards and maintaining company vehicles.
Arrange any visiting sessions from the government/visitors to company &
organising work arrangements involving outside contractors.
Manage full security service management contracts.
Assists HR PIC in managing the company's foreign workers' welfare such as FW
hostels including their Fomema & MYEG process.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
