Responsible to lead the Operations Team reinforcing Safety environment, Quality
improvements and produce good units based on Customer demand (ETS).
• Staff: 40 salary position & 350 employees (hourly)
• Avg of 1.8k units/week
• Developing strategic vision and action plans to achieve financials goals
(AOP | Productivity | Efficiency | Cost per EU)

• Responsible to coordinate and develop new process and products and establish KPIs
for production lines
• Launching process: head count analysis, layout revision, machine
capacities, buffer levels and process flow.
• Staff: 5 superintendents | 7 supervisors | 200 employees (hourly)
• Mattress: 6 sewing lines/foam & cutting/glue/springs & assembly
• Avg of 10k mattress / week – 3 models (Target 12k - end of year)
• Upholstery: 1 sewing line/fiber/glue/frame and upholstery
• Avg of 100 sofas / week – 1 model (Target 2k - end of year)
