Main activities:
Coordinate the daily import and export operations of the different customs ports.
Coordinate maritime operations in all customs ports (legal cargo,oversized,RORO,FCL,LCL,Overweight)
Coordinate ground operations to the different national destinations (legal cargo, oversized)
Manage in the different dependencies the necessary procedures so that the operations can
be carried out without a hitch. (ECONOMY, SAT, CUSTOMS, COFEPRIS, UVAS)
Establish and implement SOP of operations. (import, export, national, multimodal)
Review the reports of annex 24, update BOMS, balance balances, apply scrap and all the
adjustments to
maintain the IMMEX program in excellent shape.
Negotiate rates with national and international carriers according to the volume, origin and
type of cargo (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, legal and oversized).
Negotiate rates with customs brokers.
Establish KPIS of the operation with the different service suppliers (customs agents andcarriers)
Evaluate suppliers and establish improvement processes according to the result of each
evaluation
Review and process for payment the expense accounts of customs agents
Review the customs paperwork before their payment.
Coordinate the correct customs compliance of the different foreign trade operations.
Implement technology to operational processes

Main activities:
Supervise the daily import and export operations of the different customs ports (AF, IN, V1,F4, F5, V1,A3,RT)
Supervise maritime operations of clients in all customs ports of the country.
Supervise inhouse staff with clients.
Manage the necessary procedures in the different dependencies (ECONOMY, SAT,CUSTOMS, COFEPRIS, UVAS)
Establish and implement SOPs for the operations of the different clients.
Have constant communication with clients to know their needs.
Implementation of new working methods.
Establish and monitor KPIS of the operation and performance of executives
Review the expense accounts of customs broker partners throughout the country.
Work with the sales department to quote for new services to the customers.
Review the correct application of rates in the expense bills sent to clients.
Negotiate rates for new services with the Laredo’s office
Reduce the time of billing of the partners in the different customs of the country.
Reduce customer billing time.
Monitor import and export times with the team.
Review the annex 24 reports, to maintain the inventory accuracy and the good “health” of
the IMMEX program.

Main activities:
Supervise the daily operations of import and export of airport office (AF, IN, V1, F4, F5, V1,A3, RT) and
railroad operations (over 300 hundred operations per day)
Supervise that the personnel who are working with the different clients perform their
functions in a timely
manner
Supervise that the Department of Annex 24, works correctly so that the IMMEX of the
different clients are
carried out according to what requests the law.
Supervise the warehouse for staff to provide quality service to customers.
Supervise maritime operations of customers in the ports of Manzanillo and Veracruz.
Make and maintain metrics of the different areas
Keep constant communication with customers to know their needs, solve their doubts and
issues, and take actions to decrease the errors on the operation.
