• Responsible for South East Asian market (Singapore, Malaysia, China,
Taiwan, Indonesia, Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Vietnam) +
Australia and New Zealand.
• Working closely with both end users (Switchboard , Busduct, Heat
dissipation , Fabricator, Smelter and other electrical users) and Distributors in order ensure the lead time feasible with their production plan and project delivery.
• Understand customer’s requirement on the use of raw material (copper products) in order to provide the right solution to or according to customer’s application without defect.
• Exploring market strategy to create sales volume + extra quantity in order to achieve yearly target and profit for company.
• Monthly customer visit and exploring the potential market possibility for the new application where the copper product can be applied.
• Study and develop marketing tool for each specific Local market to support local distributor during co-visit market with distributor to build confidence from end user.
• Monitoring monthly sales target and forecast as well as assessing competitor’s market situation.
• Working and coordinating with global account network eg, ABB, Schneider in order to develop special product’s requirement and components. Also building stock management and distribution channel / Logistic to serve customer’s demand globally from1 point.
• Set up the training session for local distributor to develop selling abilities for their sales team to approach end user more confidently.
• Looking for possibility to find new product development from customer in order to create sales and new product to be add into company’s portfolio.

•研究和开发每个特定本地市场的营销工具,在与分销商共同访问市场期间支持本地分销商,以建立最终用户的信心。
•监控月度销售目标和预测,并评估竞争对手的市场状况。
•与全球客户网络(如ABB、Schneider)合作和协调,以开发特殊产品的需求和组件。同时建立库存管理和分销渠道/物流,从1个点满足全球客户的需求。
•为当地经销商举办培训课程,以培养其销售团队的销售能力,从而更自信地接近最终用户。
