Key Account Manager
Report to: Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Response to various customer requests including inquiries, complaints, etc. According to the
customer's requirements, arrange transportation, storage, create SOP.
• Prepare daily track & trace reports and provide to customers.
• Ensure monthly operational reports (billing, KPI, etc.) are prepared within the specified deadlines.
• Prepare and present monthly performance review and follow-up on agreed action items. Analyse
the cargo quantity, on-time delivery, breakage. Propose solutions and improve customer
satisfaction.
• Collect and organize cost saving data of customer facilities.
• Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
• Manage the vendor assessment process ensuring that suppliers are committed to assisting the
company in the achievement of its goals.
• Manage the efficient movement of goods through customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure
material availability.
• Optimizing daily shipments in terms of lead time, supply chain security and costs
• Developing alternative route solutions in cooperation with the network planning team
