➜ Major Sale Strategy: Sales and Service Steam turbine Generator for Power Plant in Sugar mill, Palm oil mill and Biomass Power Plant.
➜ Major Marketing Strategy: Target group about very small Power Plant (VSPP) and Small Power Plant (SPP).
➜ Total Sales Target with Team and Individual: Total team 500 million Baht/year.
【Responsibilities】:
• Develop Sales strategy to penetrate prospective target accounts for new business as well as establish new business partners with EPC company, Power Plant such as Palm oil Mill, Sugar Mill and Investor. • Maintain and improve business relationship with existing customers.
• Work together with Marketing Team to make business opportunity realized in Sales Growth
• Develop and update the database for direct customers, end-users and market influencers
• Take initiatives in conducting competition analysis, pricing analysis, market study and product benchmarking to increase market share in Thailand.
• Manage Customer and Consultants relationship and lead the Sales Process end-to-end from acquisition phase up to Order closure.
• Sales Planning.
• Project Closing Strategy and Negotiation.
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing and customer retention for the region.
• Service Steam Turbine Generator.
• Estimate cost, time and Proposal to customer
• Support Technical to customer.
• Inspection and evaluate Steam turbine for quotation.
• Project Management.
• Coordinating with the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team from Malaysia.
• Meeting at Malaysia every 3 months and VDO conference every month.
• Control cost, schedule time for service and commissioning Steam turbine.

【职责】:
• 制定销售策略,渗透潜在目标客户开展新业务,并与EPC公司、棕榈油厂、糖厂和投资者等建立新的业务伙伴关系。
• 维护和改善与现有客户的业务关系。
• 与营销团队合作,实现销售增长的商机。
• 为直接客户、最终用户和市场影响者开发和更新数据库。
• 主动进行竞争分析、定价分析、市场研究和产品对标,以增加在泰国的市场份额。
• 管理客户和顾问关系,并领导销售流程的全程,从获取阶段到订单关闭。
• 销售计划。
• 项目结案策略和谈判。
• 为该地区的销售、营销和客户保留做出贡献。
• 为蒸汽轮机发电机组提供服务。
• 为客户估算成本、时间并提出方案。
• 为客户提供技术支持。
• 对蒸汽轮机进行检验和评估以进行报价。
• 项目管理。
• 与马来西亚的机械和电气工程团队协调。
• 每3个月在马来西亚进行会议,并每月进行视频会议。
• 控制服务和蒸汽轮机投产的成本和时间进度。
