current duties:
Duties
- Manage all production activities to assure on-time shipment with average 55M USD monthly sales from May 22 to present with 0 delay.
- Manage 2 working shifts, direct leading Production Shift Supervisor, Headcount: 1100 employees (2 shift supervisors, 4 shift leader, 26 leaders and 1100 operators).
- Direct leading Senior Production Supervisor to support for continuous improvement and internal production training.
- Daily monitoring & controlling Production line with in full & On-time indicators and high Efficiency %.
- Leader of TPM of Production and implement AM activities on machines and plan with Maintenance department for PM activities to reduce line down.
- Leader of Gemba kaizen (GK), motivate employee doing Kaizen on production line to save cost base on Lean Manufacturing (average delivery implemented 80 ideas/ 6 months)
- Shopfloor project leader for Production team with 42K USD monthly saving.
- Improve and maintain Line balancing rate at 85% for bottle neck process by reducing changeover and process improvement
- Do the weekly report, KPI monthly report and present to management team. Production cost keep reducing through tighten control WIP, head count, over time, scrap to meet team target
- Leading team provide preventative operational improve activity on Quality improvement to get zero function defect escape to customer from Aug 22 to present.

- Coaching & leading team members follow company policy and rules, promote team in good moral and discipline

Fully responsible for 4 areas: SMT, Molding area, Final testing, Final Visual Inspection and Packing with 4 shift leader and 160 operators
- Coordinate all the activities in the establishment of Line, Labor, Material and Energy Standards.
- Ensure the safety and health of all personnel in operations and make necessary arrangements to address the welfare and well-being of shift personnel
- Ensure operators compliance to ISO 9001, TS 16949 in production and policies and rules of company and safety regulation in assignment area
- Making sure OTD, good quality, overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Daily report on safety, utilization, yield, productivity, technical issues on Gemba daily meeting
- Train management skill for shift leader and some Item in production environment: Lean overview, Kaizen, 7 wastes, POKA YOKE, Kai Ken, 5S, KANBAN
- Coordinator of Operational Excellence, 6S programs in assignment production area
- Support, consult and recommend to Production Head optimal ways on budget, opex and improving cost.
