- Mainly responsible of 4 lines with 240 employees at the company.
1. General and Task Management.
- Devise and implement procedures to achieve ISO registration.
Supporting the audit team (Customs Audit) the contingency plan for risk assessment (internal assessment).
- Manage production schedule daily to make educate decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements,
work procedures, and duty assignments.
- Participating in the construction of all machines that are connected and unified at work.
- Plan the most reasonable assignment of equipment inspection and supervision setup line and new model.
- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of
external resources as
- Required Prepare annual plan reports for superiors (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and contingency plans.
- From SMT stage to finished product assembly (manage and operate SMT machines such as: Samsung SM471, 481, 482,
Yamaha YG100,,,)
2. People Management.
- Participate in the process of interviewing & training workers.
- Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the
team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
- Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware of
expectations and deliverables.
- Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.
- Make an assignment plan to monitor production quality on schedule and have a contingency plan for risks. Training and
assigning fire protection and occupational safety supervision (5S, 4M, 3Đ).
3. Relationship Management.
- Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production.
- Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained.
- Feedback to the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting. and implementing
continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of
delivery, in line with quality standards requirements and delivery in line with Company and customer requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to the team
- Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook,
- Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
