Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
· Receiving, inspecting, loading, storing, issuing, shipping, and handling supplies, tracking over 200 customer tickets per day, and maintaining proper incoming records, greatly improving warehouse accuracy and efficiency by 15% and reducing customer wait times.
· Control inventory levels through physical counts; reconcile with data systems; make sure each step is accurate and saves the warehouse a significant amount of money valued at over $ 214,400.
· Accountability for relief of lost, damaged, and destruction of organization's property and supplies.
· Effectively managed 16 personnel and 26 vehicles and made sure protocols and servicing of vehicles accounted for missions and details.
· Maintained warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
· Utilized advanced knowledge of Inventory Software (GCSS also known as SAP) to track customer orders and current inventory, provided leadership with up-to-date status, and made recommendations for future acquisitions.
· Improved overall organization of warehouse operation by improving and streamlining the "flow" of warehouse items; utilized current forklift license to safely move over 3000 items.
· Managed receiving, unloading, and put-away of an average of 3.5 trucks per hour (exceeding the goal by 10%) while ensuring the safety of shoppers and associates on the warehouse floor.
