Ensure that all Departments achieve targets : Salesman, Finance/Inkaso,
Back Office, Logistics and Delivery.
2. Control, develop, direct and provide feedback to the entire team so that the
work process is carried out according to existing SOPs.
3. Become a problem solver for the Team.
4. Creating good team work, so that Departments can work together to
support each other.
5. Develop and maintain old customers, as well as looking for new customers
with the Team : Pharmacist, Procurement of goods (orders), Hospital
Management and parties involved in the business.
6. Maintain and ensure the product portfolio is in accordance with existing
directions.
7. Control operational costs, promotions and discounts.
8. Analyze and create appropriate strategies so that each Department
achieves the expected KPIs.
9. Maintain and ensure sufficient stock (forecast).
10. Establish and maintain good relationships with the team principles under
the auspices of the business.
