Directly report to the General Manager and lead a team of 6 staff
▪ Oversee the development of sales, business development as well as export management by expanding the company's presence in
new markets, and following up on opportunities with existing clients.
▪ Lead and develop a team of four business development managers, helping them manage their accounts on a daily basis and offering
guidance as needed.
▪ Manage the preparation of bid proposals, master sales presentations, and conduct negotiations with vendors and general contractors.
▪ Monitor the steel market and assist the General Manager with procurement activities for stock sales.

▪ Spearheaded efforts to enhance our export capabilities, implementing a variety of strategies to expand our international market reach.
As a result of these initiatives, pioneered export growth, generating substantial revenue for the company and solidifying position as a
global player in our industry.
▪ Established valuable business connections with Hot Rolled Steel Plate manufacturers in China and Korea, and facilitated successful
transactions with shipyards and wind tower manufacturers throughout Turkey. Outcome: Developed a new business line, annually
yielding approximately 50,000 tons and significantly contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.
▪ Achieved a 30% increase in sales within the initial year of employment, and set a new sales record for the Plate Mill at Makstil.
▪ Successfully negotiated advantageous terms and conditions with crucial accounts, leading to sales growth and improved profit margins.
