- Responsible for overall management of all product manufacturing activities.
- Handle all production from HR, Planning, Technical, Warehouse, Cut & Sew
Production.
- Ensure target and production time, ensure product quality to meet customer's
standards
- Minimize waste of supplies and necessary supplies for remanufacturing
- Material usage management and process assessment have the potential to
maximize material uptime.
- Establish standard operating procedures to ensure smooth business operations
- Minimize machine downtime.

- Arrange adjust Production plans to achieve production progress
- Check the implementation of 6s in production
- Check and ensure the products use correct materials
- Resolve the situation arises to ensue products follow customer standard.
- Ensure production on-time follow schedule not late.
