1. Managing and retaining relationships with existing customers

2. Identifying new sales leads and new supplier :
Learning who makes decisions about purchasing and development.
Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up
meetings.
Sourcing and creaƟ ng database for new manufacturing partners for new cooperation in
active ingredients.
3. Planning and overseeing new product iniƟ aƟ ves :
Market research to gather clients demand and new popular product
Following industry trends locally and internaƟ onally through online pharma news, social
media, etc.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
4. Preparing Report and drafting budget
Analyze demand from customers at regular visits and discussions.
Compile monthly, quarterly and annually sales report
5. Having an in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical business :
Relevant drug laws, such as raw material supply and distribution process, etc.
Keeping up with current and new local and internaƟ onally drug laws, as well as all
governmental policies on drugs.
6. Maintain relaƟ onship with vendors and suppliers.
7. Negotiating deals and contracts such as pricing, quantity, delivery schedules with vendors
and suppliers
