adjusting journal entries, technical comparison of ledgers, recurring journal
entry vouchers, inventory valuation and valuation differences, and accruals.

profit & EBITDA.
Oversaw inventory assets and cost per item. Led the meetings for all
inventory planning and provided inventory analysis, planning, management,
and control. Monitored costs for all inventory categories and made AJEs
accordingly based on physical inventory count.
Supervised the Production Department, R&D/QA/QC Department,
Procurement Department, and Engineering Department to ensure sales orders
delivery schedule and production output efficiency based on NSF/cGMP
requirements. Identified operation issues and proposed solutions by working
closely with the CEO; Monitored project management process for each step of

partners and investors; Worked with CEO/CFO to draft product pricing
strategies and finalized pricing for all product categories Worked on different
profit margin strategies and provided timely explanations of variances
between actual vs. budgets and actual vs. forecasts. Implemented the
company’s accounting policies and interpreted guidance regarding accounting
transactions.
Updated all the Division/Profit Center, Territory/States Sales, Category
Items, and all the Division Projects’ sales books on time. Coordinated
with external CPA firms and advisors in terms of annual financial review
engagements and various tax return updates and follow-ups. Kept all AICPA
and FASB GAAP accounting principal updates and State/Federal Tax Law
updates to ensure the Company benefits from changing accounting policies.
