o Manage sales, teams and all activities of Construction & Infrastructure Division.
o New assignment globally to develop new division “Construction & Infrastructure” established earlier this year as a Sr. Key Account Manager.
o Report and assist a Head of Country to develop business and maintain division generally.
o Develops strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate
objectives for products and services.
o Taking P&L responsibility for the division in Indonesia
o Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
o Monitor’s competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
o Manage the entire Indonesian market in terms of portfolio’s products and services.
o Build and maintain good relationships with all customers and clients both with all stakeholders such as project owners, End-Users, EPC companies, contractors and investors.
o Meets with key customers, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships, and negotiating, and closing deals.
o Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
o Coordinate and collaborate with a Head of Industry and support colleagues at German headquarters as well as other colleagues in other country branches during the sales process approach to Rieckermann's value proposition.
