- Serving customers by selling steel products such as longs, flats, semi-finished, pipes and stainless to local steel industry or abroad.
- Coordination of sales and market development activities, including strategic and operational sales work.
- Services existing accounts, obtaining requests for quotation and orders, and stablishing new accounts by planing and organizing daily work schedule, calling on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Keep monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, materials, delivery schedules and others.
- Operational and documentary support for international processes (taxation, customs clearance, warehousing, drawback, and others).
- Keep frequent contact with steel mills and customers in Brazil and abroad.
- Resolving customer complains by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Preparing annual sales budget.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
