• Have maintained a very cordial relationship with all customers and steel suppliers like JSW Steel, JSPL, AM/NS India (Erstwhile Essar Steel), Tata Steel Ltd etc.
• Developed over 15 new customers in India leading to sales of over 15000 MT, all value-added product, new market, new product and accomplished from the scratch.
• Re-established Nepal market, have sold 45,000 MT to set of customers.

• Assess the complaint on the basis of internal feedback/ discussion, observations/discussions during visit, analysis of samples if drawn during visit.
