(2)订单合规筛查:针对激光器的类型参数,结合交易对象、最终目地地、最终用途等,判断出口需要办理的许可类型;最终用户变更时的处理;激光器转售的合规处理;涉美因素含量的计算;
(3)华为订单的专项筛查处理:对公司与华为进行交易的订单,进行专项筛查,对比华为直接政策进行贸易合规处理;
(4)跨境数据合规的处理:海外展会现场、海外研发中心、外籍员工招聘入职等海外个人信息的收集与传输存储使用、OA跨境审批、海外宣传等场景下数据传输的合规筛查与处理;国内网站、OA系统等平台隐私政策、COOKIS处理政策等隐私类文件的设置;对公司内部个人数据的跨境传输设置传输路径。
(5)海外劳动人事操作指引的制定与发布(美国加州、德国、新加坡),雇佣文件的提供与审核修改,海外用工的日常咨询;
(6)海外反腐败:公司内部反腐败政策的拟定;海外商务场景下宴请与接待、赠礼、差旅等目的、对象、金额的筛查。
