Job Duties:
• Execute marketing plans, manage budget and expenses
• Collect market information and competitors’ information, identify changes in market directions
• Lead sales team by providing direction, leadership, guidance and motivation to ensure target achieved
• Marketing company’s products customers, maintaining good relationships with them and providing quality sales support and follow-up services.
• Meet with doctors and decision-makers to assess their needs and generate demand
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities
• Ensure marketing strategies and goals are translated into action
• Analyze business trends and insights to deliver sales targets
• Mandate the overall responsibility in company's product line promotion and inventory management with an aim at optimizing stock turnover and gross profitability
• Train the sales team in product knowledge, clinical background, sales and marketing techniques.
• Continuously explore new business development opportunities
• Achieve sales turnover of HKD 11 million
• Maintain good relationships with customers, including Vascular Surgeons, Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Pediatricians, Perfusionists and Intensivists
• Clinical support in OT / Interventional Radiology / Cath lab
