Manage the HR department working in adherence with the government laws that relate to employees.
Collaborate in preparing the budget making sure its effective use in the department.
Assure there is a clear line of communication to convey information related to the company, with the employee.
Maintain effective communication with all levels, executive and union.
Develop and keep updated HR metrics such as: rotation, absenteeism, health and safety, training and payroll cost.
Responsible of coordinating the recruitment, selection and development of executive and operational staff.
Oversee the program management of the associates performance evaluation. Implement and update the working methods.
Part of the team that negotiate the Collective Agreement.
Coach and give feedback to employees on HR issues developing and sustaining productive relationships. Assure the correct and on time pay to the associates.
Attend government requirements.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintain employee personnel files.

Human Resources, Industrial Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Training in each of our scrap yards in Mexico and US.
Responsibilities. Human Resources:
Responsible of coordinating the recruitment, selection and development of administrative and operational staff. Manage and update the HR policies and procedures.
Implement HR initiatives. Coordinate the openings of the new scrap yards in Mexico and US. Develop and keep updated HR metrics. Partner with payroll, labor relations and compensation departments.
Responsible for internal communication. Focus on employees benefit and compromised with human capital growth.
Maintain confidentiality in dealing with employees’ records and business information.
Industrial Safety:
Execute the Health and Safety Administration System. Analyze the operation risk diagnosis. Coordinate the Health and Safety staff of each scrap yard.
Verify the correct use of the Personal Protection Equipment.
Make sure that the Health and Safety Committee are developed in each location.
Lead the monthly safety reunion with the managers in the yards. Make sure that the safety brigades are fully trained.
Follow up the accident reports.
Take care of the STPS audit.
Sustainability and Environment: Execute the Environmental
Development Integral Plan; coordinate the programs of Environmental Leadership given by SEMARNAT.
Radiation Safety and Clean Industry. Training: In charge of training the administrative and operational staff in the area of: Recruitment and Selection, Health and Safety and Environment.

Human Resources Analyst, responsible for leading safety and health projects to ensure the well-being of partners. Support effectively the consolidation of statistical information of human resources in HEB Mexico.
Responsibilities: Administrate de HR metrics of accidents and incidents, rotation vs. Retention and ARRMA.
Implement and train about the safety and health programs. Lead the different Health and Safety Committees in each store in Mexico and make sure that the safety tours are done each month.
Update the outsourcing staff and inform to Operation Area.
Give support to the Human Development department in the process of the performance evaluations to all the staff at the company.
Follow up changes in the contract, increment in salaries; identify talent for their development and control human resources indicators.
