• Implemented the Advanced Energy business unit in Brazil reporting directly to the Global Sales Operations Director located in the US.
• Created and executed the Go-To-Market plan with the goal of setting up the BU in Brazil.

• Introduced the Advanced Energy products into the Brazilian market focusing on 7 specialties: Oncologic Surgery, Mastology, Electrophysiology (Pacemaker), Cardiology, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neuro.
• Developed the distribution channel in all country.
• Created pricing strategy (Indirect Accounts, Direct Accounts, Public Market, and Private - HealthInsurances).
• Consolidated the products in the main direct accounts.
• Built strategic partnerships with other business units.
• Managed direct (hospitals) and indirect (distributors) accounts.
• Resposible for demand planning (S&OP).
• Trained the sales force.
• Responsible for marketing activities (congresses, vocational training, among others).
