· Formulate standard operation procedure and set up new test method;
· New projects initiatives;
· Organize quality and qualification audit internal and external (EN9100, CMA, CNAS, NADCAP).
Achievements:
· Participated in the review of large civil aviation carbon fiber composites test projects, compiled and reviewed more than 10 commercial test Outlines; Led team to carry out more than 30 new test projects and completed over 80 external test commissions;Compiled and reviewed more than 100 chemical and mechanical test reports, the customer satisfaction survey > 99%;
· Lead COMAC C919 core material physical performance appraisal test project
· Lead Screening test of material for COMAC CR929 aircraft repair test project
