Get PO. Do costing and BOM, Purchase material, Make and provide Order TNA, Production plan based on materialdate, sample date, Handle production status on subcontract.

Makesure correct quality and enough quantity for production. Follow up material inspection report.
Coordinate Buyer, Supplier, QC/ QA to solve the fabric or trimsdefects.
Maintain the production plan and delivery
Coordinate Technician and QA to arrange PP meeting before bulkcutting. Minimize problem in productions.Confirm delivery date
PRODUCTION
Plan to submit all of needed sample before shipment.
Solve the problem during production
Coordinate Buyer and QA to arrange inline and final schedule
Update PSR/WIP to buyer weekly
Coordinate shipping dept. to arrange shipment schedule
Deal with short/over ship before shipment
Made reality production cost to for each order to report the order profit to manager
